Return & Refund Policy
At Lassie Manna, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please review the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the item meets the following conditions:
• Item is unused
• Item is fully sealed and unopened
• Item is in original packaging and resellable condition
• Request is made within 6 days from the date of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used skincare products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Opened or used products
• Items not in original condition
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Change-of-mind purchases
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide:
✔ Order number
✔ Clear photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost during transit by the courier, we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation of the investigation outcome.
Lassie Manna is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
5. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
