Items received in well bubble wrapped, this is my 3rd product from this band. my first is their coffee cleaner, like the coffee scent. This time, I decided to try this set deep cleaning. After receiving their using steps video, try to use it, cos It's my first time using it, so the using step not very smooth. but can see the face is cleaner after washing and feeling smoother I will continue to use it.
